  Spray it under the tongue and hold for 20 sec prior swallowing. Use 2- sprays thrice a day .
• How much glutathione is safe?
  Glutathione content in the spray is 50mg per ml. Usually glutathione dosage is 400 mg per day.
• Can glutathione cause liver damage?
  Has antioxidant property and has the potential to detoxify thus purifying liver. Not known to cause liver damage.
• Do vitamin mouth sprays work?
  Oral cavity has rich blood supply. When sprayed under the tongue it is absorbed by the thin layer of cells lining the oral cavity (cheek area) and reaches the tiny blood capillaries beneath.
