How to return a product

Returning an item is simple and free for eligible products.

1. Open My Orders and select the item you want to return.

2. Tap Return / Replace and choose a reason.

3. Add photos of the product if requested, then confirm.

Once approved, a pickup is scheduled (usually within 2–3 business days). After the item passes a quick quality check at our warehouse, your refund or replacement is processed automatically.
