How to track your order

You can track your order anytime from the My Orders section.

1. Log in to your Cureka account.

2. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to track.

3. Tap Track Shipment to see the live status and expected delivery date.

You'll also receive SMS and email updates at each stage — Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. If your order hasn't moved in 48 hours, please raise a support ticket and our team will help you out.
